Chat, AI projects and recent conversations in one workspace. Add files and registers to a project as its sources, and on Advanced and Max seats set up skills, agents and automations, each with an approval gate.
AI inside every application
An assistant on every Workspace application page answers from that application's records, each one cited. Counts and lists come from the register itself, and in the Office, intake agents name, tag and file incoming records for a curator to confirm.
A model trained for the work of Nations
Our own model, trained for the work of First Nations, Tribal Councils, provincial and territorial organizations and the institutions that serve them. It knows the terms, records and processes of Indigenous governance, and it runs on your own server.

Each seat is individually configured by tier and application access. The tier sets the base price, with each additional application adding $20 per seat per month. (Base Tier + Apps = Seat Price)

What is the EdgePod, and how does an on-premises appliance replace cloud storage?
The EdgePod is a single self-contained appliance that sits in your building, in Canada, and holds the whole system in place of a cloud provider: storage, the database, search indexing, character recognition, thumbnail and preview generation, document conversion, model inference and the rules engine. The request path is deliberately short, web server to application runtime to database to file store, and slower work runs in the background through a job queue, so a long indexing run does not hold up someone opening a file. It is quoted per deployment and sized against corpus volume, growth rate, user count and whether bulk digitisation is in scope. Pricing is on the plans page.
