the register

One model for councils, assemblies and mandated organizations

The register adapts to the kind of organization: Band Council Resolutions for First Nations and Tribal Councils, assembly resolutions for provincial, territorial and national organizations, and a mandate view for policy and technical organizations that track the resolutions directing their work.

Build recitals and operative clauses in a structured builder, or upload a PDF or Word resolution and have the form filled from it.

Format and wording check

An advisory screen compares a draft against the organization’s drafting guidance and its passed resolutions.

Approval and publication

Band Council Resolutions carry quorum and signature checks, approval and registration steps, and are Confidential by default.

Frameworks

Count and drill into resolutions that cite UNDRIP, the TRC Calls to Action, the MMIWG Calls for Justice and provincial and federal action plans, provision by provision.

meetings and assemblies

From submissions to the recorded vote

Each meeting has its own workspace for planning, the floor and the record. Rules per assembly: votes per Nation, consensus threshold and abstentions, quorum, deadlines, late and emergency resolutions, floor time limits and executive approval, set once for the organization and overridden per assembly.

Planning

Submissions, committee review with a revision link for sponsors, omnibus bundling, the meeting package, per-Nation registration links and RSVPs.

The floor

Agenda and timing, delegate check-in with private voting credentials, timed voting periods, a live tally and a live board for the room.

The record

Dispositions for every item (carried, defeated, withdrawn, tabled, severed, not reached), with the outcome frozen when voting closes.

Inside Tsen’awt

01

Accountability

Asks of governments are tracked by responding party, and directions to the organization’s own executive are tracked to completion.

02

Public register

Publish Public resolutions to a permanent public address, with a coalition view across organizations.

03

Linked records

A meeting is held at an Events event; projects, contracts, assets and laws link to the resolution that authorized them; Organizations reads obligations from carried resolutions.

04

Tamper-evident audit

Every view of a Confidential or Restricted resolution is logged, in a hash-chained audit trail.

ai

Answers from the resolutions register

The resolutions register, and the public registers of other organizations, can be added as sources to an AI project. The assistant answers with each resolution cited by number, and questions that count or list resolutions by year, disposition or subject are answered from the register itself. Retrieval combines full-text and meaning-based search, filtered to the classification levels the person asking may open, and the register index is refreshed nightly.
